Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package as per carrier rates.

  • The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or rural areas, which will be calculated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
